Ipé
The exclusive South American dark hardwood Ipé is also popularly known as Brazilian walnut. The wood is very hard, incredibly durable and usable for outdoor use. The core varies from reddish brown to yellowish brown or black brown (Ipé has 9 different colors for fresh cut). Ipé can be difficult to work with saw, as it has a high cutting resistance. Used for moldings, cladding, decking.
